MORE NEWS
Wow - I/O Psychology -  But what does that have to do with me?  I'm just a normal person, with a normal life, normal needs and normal frustrations.

That is exactly what Industrial/Organizational Psychology does - deal with normal people and their very normal problems.  We also deal with CEO's and housewives and students and, and, and, and - but guess what - they are all normal people with normal problems.

Helping businesses be successful so they can enrich the life of normal people is also part of our jobs.  Read on to find out more...

· I/O stands for Industrial/Organizational.  An I/O Psychologist is a business psychologist.

· How does it work?   I/O Psychologists apply the principles of psychological theories to explain and enhance workplace behavior.  Rather than use the therapy or interview type of strategy to figure out what is the cause of work related problems, we  rely on more suitable alternatives such as work samples, psychological testing and using assessments to determine what the needs of the employee or organization are.

· We are more of a “Don’t tell us, show us!” sort of group.  We don’t blow smoke. We help you discover the underlying issues you are dealing with, then we are able to coach you to successful solutions.

· With the exception of sleep, you spend more time at work, and with your co-workers, than you often spend in any other area of your life.  People who are happy with and productive at their jobs lead more fulfilling lives than people who are unhappy with their jobs.

If you can address the problem,
you can make a change or fix it
                            We can help!.
