Sherron Sparks, PhD I/O Psychologist Dr. Sherron Sparks is President / CEO and Chief Learning Officer of Sparks Business Institute; SBIC Coaching and Counseling and host of Stop Gap Radio For Women. |
Bill Gearhart is a management consultant and instructor specializing in information development, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. In collaborating with his clients and students, Bill draws on nearly 20 years of experience in developing information and managing operations, including market leadership, customer experience, customer advocacy, usability, technical communication, project management, and software infrastructure development. Prior to working with Sparks Business Institute, Bill spent 15 years in the enterprise software industry, most recently as a director of operations for BMC Software, Inc. After starting his career as an information developer at a variety of manufacturing and consulting companies, Bill held several managerial positions in information development, usability, software engineering, project management, and support services. Bill’s interests lie in listening to, analyzing, and clearly defining the challenges faced by his clients and students and then drawing out their strengths and unique talents to address the issues. He has a personable and engaging style and enjoys sharing his experiences with others while creating a shared vision of success for all stakeholders.  Deborah Pensyl Reasy Corporate Trainer Management Consultant Speaker Deb Pensyl Reasy comes to Sparks Business Institute as a corporate trainer and management consultant whose focus is The 4 R’s. Her own experiences led her to create this concept and how to adapt this technique to professional as well as personal tasks. Her background includes over twenty years in business development in both the for profit and non profits arenas. Deb has a proven track record in sales, marketing, public relations, fundraising and event planning. Her success is a direct result of serving as the influencer with potential and existing clients. With a B. S. in Education, Deb places strong emphasis on professional development. In addition to the areas listed above, she also train and coaches leadership styles, team building, organizational and interpersonal skills, and relationship building with staff, clients and volunteers. Deb speaks to women about rebuilding life and success after divorce; and she speaks to non-profits about fundraising and planning your event. Deb is a native of Altoona and still resides in the area. Community involvement is very important in her life.
